Background
Fiona is a strategic technology adviser and transformation leader with more than 18 years of professional services experience. She helps mid-tier and SME organisations turn operational pain points, technology challenges and strategic priorities into practical roadmaps, evidence-based recommendations and executable change.
As a Principal Consultant, Fiona provides vendor-independent advice across digital strategy, business cases, application sourcing, process improvement and implementation planning. She has led more than 50 technology consulting projects and brings deep experience across ERP, CRM, HCM, billing and industry-specific platforms.
Fiona combines structured analysis with hands-on delivery leadership. She is recognised for simplifying complex decisions, creating defensible evaluation frameworks, aligning stakeholders and guiding multidisciplinary teams through procurement, governance, change, data migration, testing and go-live.
