His recent leadership has centred on building transformation practices, advising executives, designing fit-for-purpose delivery models and overseeing multidisciplinary teams across major client engagements.
As Head of Consulting, Andy leads the development of consulting strategy, service offerings and operating models while maintaining accountability for revenue growth, commercial performance and the quality of client outcomes. He scopes and governs national transformation programs, selects and directs specialist delivery teams, and provides partner-level oversight to ensure strategy is translated into practical execution.
Andy combines executive advisory with hands-on program leadership. He is recognised for rapidly assessing delivery capability, establishing pragmatic governance, building high-performing teams and aligning senior stakeholders around clear priorities, realistic roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
